Clean, caring and efficient
I didn’t think this would really work for us but it does. I would prefer not doing the subscription since our lives are so variable and I don’t need daily care – but I do appreciate how well you describe your business decisions to your impacted customers.

We love Dogtopia so much! We feel so secure taking our 2 dogs there and know we can always count on them to give the dogs a good time but also keep them safe.
The staff helped us immensely when we had our first child by letting our boys stay as long as they needed. Their team has the biggest heart and it’s amazing!
Booking daycare is quick and easy. I like that I can add grooming during his daycare stay. It makes it very stress free if you need to board your dog, finding last min or longer boarding/pet sitting can be very hard to find. My dog loves going to Dogtopia.
Convenient, friendly!
The app is frustrating sometimes. It would be nice to note if ending up early rather than just clicking here. When picking up it is also frustrating when waiting and dogs coming out of order.
We are thankful to Dogtopia. Staff are all friendly and have a smile on their faces whenever we drop off and pick up Tobi! We can see through the webcam (yay!) that Tobi is having fun and safe. 🙂
