Our experience has been overall really great. There are a few wish list areas 1) maybe a little more classroom led playtime. I have a bigger dog and seems he could move around a bit more. 2) communication – the board emphasizing the bright line of the drop offf time was helpful. But other small things reminding us – ie, do you want us to use the app to announce that we will be picking up? One person mentioned this to my husband (who rarely drops off) but has not been mentioned to me. 3) open at 6am. Even if just for sunmer / daylight savings months when we all get our day going a little earlier. 🙂
Friendly and competent dog care.
Employees seem friendly. Dogs are also separated by weight.
The staff are great and my pup is happy to be there everyday !
Safe, clean, well supervised
Clean facilities, webcams. I wish the angle was better in the gym, pups are off camera a lot.
Jade and the staff were absolutely great. They answered my questions and I felt comfortable leaving Mabel in good hands. Thank you so much!
Everyone was welcoming and our dog didn’t seem afraid or hesitant to go in. After her day at the daycare she seemed fine. The video camera in the room for pet parents to watch was really nice and comforting for us. Everything went really well. We plan to visit again soon.

The staff is amazing, kind and attentive. My dog is the best judge. She can’t run fast enough to get into Dogtopia which is the best sign.
