Exellent staff, very caring, enthusiastic and always helpful!!

The staff are awesome! I also love the webcams and the flexibility. The staff take really good care of the dogs, and you can tell they love and care for them.

All of the staff at Dogtopia of the Shire at City Line are friendly, caring, and go out of their way to provide the best services possible for your pet. I have a senior dog and was worried after my groomer of thirty years retired. Then, I found this Dogtopia location went for a visit and was impressed by the facility and all it offers but most importantly was greeted by such a wonderful and professional team. They have day care, boarding, grooming, spa day and do many special events and even have birthday and holiday parties for the dogs! Louis, who is the groomer, is so careful with my senior boy and does a fantastic job with him! The manager is so willing to also work with rescue groups and even donated gift certificates to my rescue group for our annual reunion auction. This team truly loves the animals they care for and I highly recommend Dogtopia at City Line and its staff! Please stop by for a visit and see for yourself!

Friendly staff, the care provided for each dog

My dog is safe, well cared for and mentally stimulated when she visits Dogtopia at The Shire. She is always excited-happy to go inside and tired-happy when I pick her up.

Friendly staff; they seem genuinely happy to see my dog when we walk in; the staff are attentive to the dogs and keep them safe.
I do wish they did more playing and training with the dogs, but that may be limited due to the number of dogs there each day.
