Nothing yet! I’ve taken my pup here 3 times and so far it’s been a great experience.
I think a little more care and attention are important. Sometimes, when I pick up my dog, the collar is put on super tight or the harness is put on incorrectly (harness not so much a big deal). I also hope Dogtopia will send out any concerns or notifications to dog owners if an infection or anything is going around. I’ve noticed some tear drops around my dog’s eyes when picking him up, and another friend who takes her dog to Dogtopia said the same thing, and he ended up with an eye infection. She started taking her dog to another daycare, and I’ve been keeping a close eye on my dog. I like how some other daycares provide a daily report to keep homeowners informed of their dog’s behaviors and/or any incidents that occurred when appropriate.
The staff are wonderful! The facility is clean. My dogs are always happy there.
Empty the dog poop trash can outside more frequently and pay attention to who’s not picking up their dogs poop and warn them that it won’t be tolerated.
Love the people there , they really seem to care about the dogs which is paramount!

On a different subject, I recommend the company consider increasing their daycare hours. Dogtopia would likely gain more clients who work in the healthcare field by remaining open until 8 PM on weekdays, as well as expanding weekend hours. A large percentage of hospital staff work a 7AM to 7:30PM shift.
I realize that staffing may be an issue, but I thought it worthwhile to provide this feedback. Also, the Chesterfield location is very close to several local hospital systems. Thank you for your consideration of this suggestion!
Simple process, and our dog is happy.
The sound of happy barking dogs. Seeing the dogs playing with each other or just chilling out and taking it all in.
The cleanliness of the facility. The spa is perfect for bathing the pets and the fresh smells are very nice when they are picked up.
Most of all, I love that I can view my pet on the cameras and knowing when they are down for their naps.
And lastly, I love how anxious my pet gets when I pul into the driveway to drop him off.
