Generally, in my experience, price increases come with justification. I am sure there are a myriad of reasons why pricing has recently increased, but it would be nice if you could boil them down to one or two big ones and explain why.
Also, the new weekly pricing structure is useful, and I am sure smooths out your income stream to make it more predictable. However, having to give 5 days notice to changes in schedule (when there are 7 days in a week) or you will be charged anyway, is rather unhelpful. You might consider reducing that to 3 days.
As a whole, my dog loves it there and I appreciate the care you take. I have signed up for the new pricing structure and will continue to use your service. Hopefully, this feedback will help you make constructive changes and provide effective communication to your clients.
My dogs get to play for hours and not sit in cages. Also, really enjoy the staff!
Daycare workers are amazing. Our 10-month old pittie loves going to daycare.
Love that our dog has fun and gets tons of attention. Staff is great. Hate having to give him a bath after every visit.
I wish the hours were a bit longer on the weekends. Even an 8 or 9 am start would be an improvement.
I also wish there was a location a bit closer (Westchester Commons would be amazing!)
I don’t love the new pricing changes. I get why you did it but because of it, we will be bringing our dog less We rarely need to bring her but do it for her socialization and change of scenery (she loves going) but now that it’s $40/day, we will be pickier about the days we bring her.
We love the staff and our dog loves coming there! The grooming is also a great additional service.
