Convenience and friendliness. My dog always comes home from daycare tired and (seemingly) happy. I ordered a brush-out and he looked great when he came home.
The staff is very friendly and seems to genuinely like the dogs. My dog loves it there and is so happy to be there and exhausted when he comes home from play. It’s also good to be able to just drop in without notice and leave the dog there for a day stay
I love how they treat my sweet Shaggy! They always love on him every time he comes in, and I really appreciate that they remember him and take such great care of him.
It’s easy and reliable. My dog loves the people. I know she’s safe and happy there.
I appreciate the patience and care that Dogtopia’s staff shower on my two dogs each time they go for daycare.

The employees are kind and considerate, they always greet us and call our dog by name as well as doting on our pup.
I love how excited my pup is when I say let’s go. If I get stuck in traffic, he whines as if asking what’s the hold up. I love the activities/treats calendars. It shows they are constantly coming up with so many ideas for treats for all the pups.
I love how you can view your pup on the cams on the website as it gives you a comfortable feeling to be able to “pop” in anytime.
I especially love the atmosphere in the lobby when dropping off and you get that warm, fuzzy feeling knowing that your pup is in caring hands. I love that they know all the pups by name and personality. And in addition, I love the extra services offered, like spa days, nail clipping, etc. So, there is nothing that I can say that would improve anything as they have it all covered.
