Very friendly staff and my dog like it.
I love how transparent Dogtopia is. You can see your dogs anytime by logging into the web cam. I would never take my dogs to a place with no web cam. I tell everyone to avoid places with no web cam. So far Dogtopia is the only place with web cams in Richmond and Tidewater areas.
