Great customer service friendly staff and super good grooming

I love that me and my dog Ranger see the same friendly faces and they know who he is when we walk in 🙂 longevity of your stuff definitely helps in trusting Dogtopia with my baby! I appreciate that he can get an exit bath before pickup so he’s fresh and clean coming home. Convenient booking on the app plus cameras to check in. Activities and snacks and themes and affordable pricing literally everything is amazing’

I’m very satisfied overall I was able to watch the videos from time to time while on vacation watch my dog. I was surprised that someone was in the room most of the time if not all the time.. you seem to be at peace and comfortable, and the staff seemed to give him the attention when he needed it from what I could tell overall I’m very satisfied

I like that I get to watch my pups play on the cameras and how worn out they are afterwards. They’re always so excited to be there and even my dog who’s more timid of strangers loves all the staff.

I am so appreciative that Jennifer is willing to work with my high anxiety, “hates to be groomed” Havanese. She’s given him many a second chance, thank goodness, and does a great job grooming both my pups.

I love that this facility has an outdoor area.

The staff were all very knowledgeable, helpful and very nice. We were able to watch our pet on the cameras, probably a little too much:), but it helped our anxiety about leaving him somewhere for the first time. We will definitely be using Dogtopia for our future needs.
