Sherman and Jaime Hatch are so excited for you to join our business as we work together to grow the Dogtopia brand and services within the rapidly expanding pet industry across the globe. With over twenty years of experience in owning three private Preschools, they are so very excited to have an opportunity to be in a businesses that socializes your furry best friends. Sherman and Jaime reside in Fort Worth and five children, four who have recently graduated from college and one currently attending college. They also have three four legged children, Finn, Lily, and Tucker.

Nallely Armstrong, General Manager

Meet Nallely, the dedicated General Manager of Dogtopia of Roanoke, where she ensures every pup has a safe and enjoyable experience. With a deep love for dogs, including her own furry companions, Barry and Weezy, Nallely treats every pup as part of her family. Beyond work, she enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events and cherishing moments with her loved ones.

Meagan Gibbs, Operations Manager

Meet Meagan, the Operations Manager at Dogtopia of Roanoke. She has a deep passion for animals and plants, which is reflected in her personal life too – with 3 dogs, a cat, and over 20 plants at home! Meagan has a Bachelors degree in Ecology from the University of North Texas. Meagan takes her time focusing on dog behaviors in the playroom to ensure all of our pups are having the most exciting day ever! She has other interests in baking, gardening, hiking, and spending time with her loved ones. She cannot wait to meet you and your furry friends!

Caitlin Crisler-Biggs, Pet Parent Relationship Manager

Meet Caitlin, our dedicated Pet Parent Relationship Manager. She brings smiles and passion to our team. Not only does she take care of her loveable boxer, Maia, but she also manages to juggle the adventures of parenthood with her toddler, Penelope. Caitlin thrives on building connections with new pet parents and their furry companions while actively engaging in comminity outreach. During her downtime, she indulges in her love for cooking, baking, and expressing her creativity through painting.

Floyd Saine, Dog Groomer

Meet Floyd! Floyd is a canine stylist with 27 years of extensive expertise. His passion for working with dogs is unparalleled. Floyd is married with four lovely children. In his free time, he takes pleasure in preparing delicious meals for his family. He also enjoys playing and watching various sports, particularly basketball. His expertise lies in handling large and challenging dogs. He cannot wait to make your pups smell like a million bones!

Jennifer Stiver, Dog Groomer

Meet Jennifer! Jennifer is a pet groomer with 25 years of experience. She has always had a passion for working with animals and being able to care for them in such a personal way has been incredibly rewarding. Outside of work, she has a passion for cooking and loves to share her creations with family and friends. She also enjoys gardening, as it allows her to connect with nature and relax after a work. Traveling is also another hobby of Jennifer’s, as it allows her to experience new cultures and broaden her perspective on the world. She can’t wait to take care of your pups!
