Our little King Charles Cavalier gets beautifully groomed at Dogtopia every six weeks.
I love that Wilma has her scheduled for the year, and greets us like family upon our arrival.
Floyd grooms her, and does a fabulous job! We like her in a (not so easy with a Cav’s thick fur) velvet cut, and it is always perfect! Dogtopia of Roanoke is squeaky clean, bright and convenient with lots of parking. 10+ for our family!
All of the staff is very friendly and quickly learned Rocky’s personality. They are always excited to see him, and he loves to interact with the staff.
I love that they offer different treats & activities to stimulate the dogs – and the costs go to help provide a service dog for a veteran.
From day 1 the staff has been amazing and Milo loves everyone there which makes my heat happy and I am always confident he’s getting the best care!
Facilities are clean, the associates communicate well, and the cameras for monitoring the pets throughout their stay.
Starting by “Meet & Greet” session, they permate a message of organization, welcoming staff, cleanliness, making sure of up to date vaccinations, dog socialization through a good environment shared via video cams. All of those characteristics are a plus for a place that’s going to take care of your dog.
My dog Loves to come there and everyone is so friendly. I like being able to check on her with the webcams.
I just used their grooming services for the first time, and I believe this is the best groom both of my fur babies have had. I have a doodle and a rather anxious corgi, so they didn’t have an easy job. I will definitely be scheduling with them again!
