Your prices are high. Verbally asked if a tip will be provided versus allowing that to be entered within debit card transaction. Asked to tip prior to seeing if good job was done.
Caring staff
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Facility was nice and clean.
My fury child loves being there. The employees are amazing and he loves them. He never wants to leave when it’s time and wants to jump out the window when we arrive. They provide attention and love to him. The employees treat you as a friend. They welcome you with smiles and helpful manner. It is Jake’s second home. I trust them 100% with my pride and joy.

The staff is excellent. The groomers are the best!
What’s NOT to love? The people are fantastic. They are sweet, joyful, happy to be at work and tender with the animals. They maintain a professional demeanor and respect towards their clients and their pets. My pup never shows dread upon entering the facility and is calm and content when I pick him up in the afternoons.
