I’m a new customer, and I have nothing but good things to say so far. I gave an 8 only because of the question itself; “everyone” might not feel the same. I recognize that it’s a new, small facility. There are no outdoor portions. I hope, and I think, that Dogtopia in Rock Hill will be a great fit for my dog, who isn’t a super-athletic zoom machine, and also tends to get overwhelmed easily. I would tell everyone that so far, I am very impressed with the staff and the whole program, and it feels like a great fit for my dog. The webcam setup is the best I’ve seen so far, and that is a big plus for folks who want to see how their pet does in daycare. Cheyenne, Lauren, Nico, and the rest of the staff get “10’s” from us. The “8” only means that I might not recommend it for everyone’s dogs. Sadie and I are very much looking forward to our next visit!
Everyone is extremely friendly, patient, and informative!
The staff was extremely attentive to the pups and informative. I felt good leaving my pup for the day. She was scared but with more visits she will come out of her shell.
