Responsibilities:

  • Open and Close the facility safely
  • Provide Care for boarding dogs
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service to our Pet Parents
  • Ability to communicate any needed information to Pet Parents
  • Maintain the shift running on time
  • Playroom Camera Awareness. All rooms are equipped with cameras for pet parents to stay engaged to watch their dog play at all times
  • Caring for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family
  • Maintain a clean and safe playroom at all times
  • Ability to Communicate whats happening in the playroom to your Front Desk team and take proper notes.
  • Remember your pups by name and interact with them the entire shift.
