Responsibilities:
- Open and Close the facility safely
- Provide Care for boarding dogs
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to our Pet Parents
- Ability to communicate any needed information to Pet Parents
- Maintain the shift running on time
- Playroom Camera Awareness. All rooms are equipped with cameras for pet parents to stay engaged to watch their dog play at all times
- Caring for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family
- Maintain a clean and safe playroom at all times
- Ability to Communicate whats happening in the playroom to your Front Desk team and take proper notes.
- Remember your pups by name and interact with them the entire shift.
