NEW PET PARENT?
If this is your pup’s first time at Dogtopia, there are a few things pet parents should prepare prior to rewarding your dog with the most exciting day ever!
At Dogtopia, our passion is giving every single dog the best-individualized care with their health, safety, and comfort as our top priority! Our home away from home environment is the perfect place for your pup to learn, play, and socialize with their BFFF (Best Furry Friend Forever).
Meet the Team

Lizzie Wouters, General Manager
Lizzie has been working on and off in the pet industry for since 2011 and her passion for dogs led her to join our team in November 2019! She is a dog mom to three pups: Winky the tiniest chihuahua, Zeta a collie mix with a big voice, and Persephone the collie mix she rescued from a bear trap (ask her about it!). Lizzie says she knows the kind of care she expects for her own dogs, and enjoys knowing she’s able to provide that kind of care for other Pet Parents. You’ll often find Lizzie giving a hand in the playrooms and helping exercise our extra high-energy pups!

Katherine Cabrales, Community Engagement Lead

Shae Pinon, Canine Coach Lead
Shae’s love for dogs led her to join our team in November 2019! Her miniature Dachshund, Georgia, is full of energy and loves to play in our Toybox. Giving our pups a safe place to play all day is one of Shae’s favorite things about working at Dogotpia. She can usually be found hanging out with our big pups in the Romper and has been known to be caught dancing with the pups on the webcam!

Xarumy Hincapie, Rover Lead
Xarumy joined us in June of 2020. Her interest in the pet care industry began after she became a first time puppy owner and realized there was a lot about dogs she’d never known before! Being able to provide that education and relief to other Pet Parents is why Xarumy loves being part of the Dogtopia team. Lucky for her rescue pup, Bullet, he found his forever home with Xarumy after having a rough start in life. Her other pup’s name is Ellie, and she absolutely loves to play a game of fetch! You can usually find Xarumy in the playrooms breaking out the bacon-flavored bubbles!

Ajanae Brown, Canine Coach and Rover
Ajanea has been with our team since we opened in November of 2019! She was recently accepted into the CATCH Canine Trainers Academy and is working to become a professional dog trainer. Ajanae has a Pitbull mix named Cassie, who will do anything for a tasty treat! She says she’s proud to be part of a team who focuses on enriching the lives of our pups. You can usually find Ajanae in a playroom giving belly rubs and ear stratches to all our pups!

Johnnie Foreman, Canine Coach
Johnnie has been with our team since November 2019 loves getting to know our pack. You can usually find Johnnie practicing Door Control in the Gym!

JP Pinon, Canine Coach
JP started his journey with our team in June 2020. He says he loves watching our pack become better canine-citizens with each day in our care!
