The staff is competent and very friendly. Our 1-1/2 year old energetic and sociable Aussie doodle really has a great time. As we approach the facility she gets so excited we can hardly hold her back. She is so happily to greet the lovely staff and play with her new friends. We also appreciate being able to check to webcams on our phones to see, in real time, how she is enjoying her day. We originally tried exercising her at the dog parks but after she was bitten by an unfriendly dog we decided to try this alternative. So very glad we did.

I was extremely pleased with the premises and the care taken with my dog. I loved the fact that we had access to the webcams and could check in periodically.

However, I was really disappointed with the registration process for the initial Meet & Greet! It was very disorganized!

– rec’d email from Cadalina requesting contact info, Tuco’s vaccination confirmation, vet clinic, etc. on Sat. Jun 17.
– Meet & Greet scheduled for Tues. Jun 20.
– emailed requested info same day.
– no acknowledgement rec’d.
– left vmail on Mon. Jun 19 requesting confirmation of above (no response).
– called again& spoke with Olivia & she stated info rec’d but hadn’t been entered & she would do it.
– I showed up on Tues Jun 20th & Britney did not have us in the system & no Meet & Greet was scheduled!
– Britney & Courtney were amazing and apologized for the inconvenience.
– I believe staff needs to be properly trained on policies & procedures utilizing best practices!

There is supervision in the room with the dogs at all times. All dogs must be vaccinated in order to be admitted and their temperment is tested before they are allowed into the playroom. Very different than a leash free park.

I don’t have enough experience to comment

When we enter they great us by my puppy’s name. My puppy is happy to go to doggy daycare and is happy when I pick her up. I can watch her on the web cam whenever I want.

From my initial phone call, to my first visit and throughout our first day, every experience was very professional and positive. I have already recommended it to my coworkers as we are located directly across the street from you. My employee Rob Boynton is bringing his dog there on Monday! Lulu had a great experience on her first day and I will be bringing her back, at least once a week.
Great to have met you and looking forward to more play days for Lulu!

Friendly staff, pups have a great time each and every visit!

Caring staff, stimulation for my dog, different events. My dog is much more content and relaxed since starting – one very happy pup. Thank you!
