Dogtopia Royal Windsor provides a safe and fun place for my dog to interact with other dogs as well as the dog trainers. The staff are caring and professional.

EVERYTHING!!! The staff are amazing!!! Any questions or concerns are addressed immediately. The love and care that is given to the dogs is top notch. The staff treat our pets as if they were their own.
The activities that are planned for them are fun and stimulating.
Also I have one happy puppy and she can’t wait in the morning to go and see her BFFF’s.

Our experience with Dogtopia was wonderful. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. My dog felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. I love the webcam access to peek in and see how he was doing. Every time I looked on webcam I noticed the room attendant cleaning toys, props, and the room itself. Very clean.

Friendly, professional, well trained people. I like the webcams. Efficient drop off and pick up.
They listen well to any concerns.

Everyone is so friendly and generous with their time. They all seem to treat Remy like one of their own and he is always so happy to see the staff.

The staff at dogtopia Royal Windsor are amazing! They are very kind, caring and loving towards the dogs! My dog Luna absolutely loves going there everyday and comes home exhausted!

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s important to me that I see the same faces each time I go. I tend to avoid businesses with high turnover of staff. That’s a red flag. Seems like the staff here is pretty consistent which suggests they’re happy.

Sometimes the City room looks far too crowded for one trainer. I worry about the ability to monitor all the dogs. There should either be a cap, or if there is, the cap should be lowered.
