Everything!! The facility is clean and well-maintained. The online booking is easy. It’s very convenient to have in-house spa services for nail trims. The staff are all top notch!! Knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. I feel so comfortable having Rosie at Daycare, and extremely welcomed each drop off and pick up. I can tell that the coaches really care for my girl, and it makes me extremely happy. I am very happy with the weekly cost and availability to select dates that work for us, varying each week. I talk about Dogtopia Royal Windsor to everyone I know – people with or without pets LOL.
Everyone was really nice and the facilities were clean.
I like that they are supervised at all time in a room and we can see them on webcam
Monitor the dogs. Dogs placed in appropriate rooms. Aggressive dogs not permitted. Happy environment. Staff professional and friendly.

Drop off and pickup were super easy and webcams are so fun to check in on our pup who had the best day.
My real concern is lack of separate toileting area fir the dogs.
