Very courteous and prompt service from the manager during onboarding process. Owner had a conversation with me at my dog’s evaluation appointment; this gave me confidence in the facility. Easy to use interface for online scheduling. Webcams available much of the time so I can check in on my dog when she is there. All staff are very welcoming and efficient.
My dog always comes home happy. You have cute photo shoots and the donations. Go to a good cause. Also great team members that take good care of Velvet
We have been bringing our dog to Dogtopia for several years, and we both love it. We hate to have to leave her anywhere, but when we do, I know she is safe and having fun. Sometimes we can’t take her everywhere. Dogtopia is our haven.
