I like that Peter and the Dogtopia team make a strong effort to make my dog feel comfortable and welcomed. Peter has created a team that loves dogs and truly cares for them.

Leo loves going to Dogtopia. Everyone is very friendly and all the dogs are so well behaved. I feel comfortable leaving Leo with you.
Once you are in the program the services are very convenient. Also, the people that look after the pets are amazing!

Love the engagement of the Dogtopia staff. Our 11-month-old pup’s tail wags like crazy when we drop her off. She is thoroughly worn out, happy, and relaxed when we pick her up due to all of the pooch playtime, enrichment activities, etc. It’s like a family-oriented “Disneyland” for pooches!
Additionally, the services and facilities (very modern, clean, etc.) are the best I’ve seen. Dogtopia also allows for drop-ins, which has been an enormous help. We love this facility and take our girl there several times a week.
We’ve been taking our 3 year old Beagle here for about 9 months and we’ve been very happy. We usually do daycare and we’ve also done boarding few times and spa. Very nice staff as well.
The staff seems to truly understand dogs and dog behavior, vs just being a place to dump your dog when you’re out of town. They are very flexible and accommodating to most requests which makes my life so much easier.
One thing I would like to see more of, especially for long stays: give me information about what my dogs were up to, what did they do, how did they behave, what did they like/dislike? They are an extension of our family and we worry about them when we’re gone.
Friendly staff, good communication
I recently had my dog board for 8 nights and the process – from reservation to pick up was seamless! I was able to check on the webcams throughout the day and my dog was socializing and being supervised very well. When I came to pick up my dog, he was freshly bathed, all his supplies were clean and he seemed happy and calm. I wasn’t sure how he would act at pick up, but he seemed to have enjoyed himself.
