My little girl loves it there! They all know her name and she’s excited to go there!

Schatzi starts fussing the minute she knows she is going to Dogtopia. She can’t wait to get out of the car and see all her friends, both canine and human! She loves playcare and the humans truly like dogs.

Normally, I like everything about dogtopia. My recent boarding visit didn’t go so well. When I picked my dog up from boarding he was returned to me with dried urine and fecal matter from his midsection to his rear. I didn’t notice it until I got him in my vehicle and the smell hit me – I immediately took him back in and I asked to employees to please wash his back end – They did. I did not appreciate him being returned to me in that condition – makes me wonder what type of care he is receiving while at dogtopia. I hope this was just a one time incident – my past experiences were good.

Awesome staff

The first interaction with the lady at the front desk didn’t make us feel welcomed. However, the trainers were very pleasant

All the staff is very nice and take great care of our dogs. I never have to worry about my dog when he is there. Love all the great treats and crafts they have that my dog can do. Also like the a la carte baths and nail trims we can do from time to time.

Very friendly and the staff loves our dog, Dottie.

I got my dogs a bath while they were at daycare and they did not look or smell like they were bathed and they were definitely not brushed, it mostly just seemed like it was dry shampoo or something and sprayed some pet cologne. Their faces were still dirty so I wouldn’t recommend the bath to friends. I understand that is not the primary goal of Dogtopia so I would still recommend the daycare aspect.
It would also be cool if we could get pictures, especially if lunch or a special treat is purchased so that we can see that they received it.

I feel like my dogs are safe well care fire and the people that work there love dogs and like their job. Also I like the activities the have for the dogs the place does not smell of dog urine

The staff are quick and show lots of love and attention to our sweet dog!
I like the fact that we can check on our dog through the Dogtopia App while we are away out of town or vacation.
We want our dog to continue having fun and enjoyed the special treats for Halloween when we dropped him off that night.
Enjoy seeing special activities for photos, treats for the dog’s stay to purchase from the current calendar.
It was appreciated staff gave a complimentary bath for my dog when we came by to pick him up.
