Kind and friendly staff. Feel like my dog is well looked after when he is there.

I like that the dogs are checked for temperament and slowly introduced to the play group. I liked being a le to see the webcam.

When I board my dog play care is included in her day. I hate the thought of Schatzi sitting by herself all day in a “cell”. She’s a very social dog and I like that she will have a full day of fun when we board her. The staff appears to be helpful and friendly. She must have had a great time at play care because she was pleasantly exhausted when she got home.

Staff is always friendly and smiling. They greet my dog with fun and excitement.

I also like they are an indoor facility. As hot as San Antonio gets, they stay inside and play.

Another great difference between Dogtopia and other places, my dog is not in a pen waiting her turn to get out for a few minutes. It’s the other way around, out all day with a nap at noon. That’s great!

The personal are trained to hardle all dogs with different personalities

Aside from them taking such good care of our Harley we know they treat them as family!!! Very courteous and a joy to bring her there.

The people always are friendly, and my dog has a good time there.

I like the ease of drop off and scheduling grooming.

Friendly staff. Staff has been patient with working with my dog that doesn’t always play well with the other dogs. Staff obviously has love and affection for all the dogs. I feel my dog is safe and well cared for while in daycare. When there has been an issue, staff has called me to make me aware.
