San Antonio – Alamo Ranch Reviews

Dogtopia Alamo Ranch has been a BLESSING for my dachshund Mr Pickles! When I enrolled him in weekly daycare I was initially worried about how he would do. Dachshunds can be difficult to socialize and I was concerned he would have issues acclimating to playing with so many different dogs. How wrong I was! Mr Pickles now eagerly looks forward to his daycare days and drags me in holding his leash in his mouth in order to play with his friends! He especially loves the staff members, as well as Russell the manager who always makes time to greet and chat with me everytime I’m there.

Our Nevin loves Dogtopia. He loves the people as he feels safe and he feels like they are his family with All his furry friends. My husband and I trust Dogtopia with our baby Nevin . He is ready to go to Dogtopia and never wants to leave .

Systems and processes – I have my dogs shots uploaded on my account and even though my dogs have both been there in recently (less than a yr) was ask for their rabies. I uploaded their new bordetella before the appointment and was told the website isn’t working and to text it instead. The phone number I was given to text to kept saying it cannot be delivered even when using a personal and work phone with two different cell services. Also while waiting for my dogs nail trim a dog in the cam in the big dog room kept humping other dogs consistently and the front had to keep walkie talkie messages to the handler to pay attention
