We love how excited our pups are when they’re greeted upon arrival. One recommendation would be a loyalty program. Like one free day of daycare after 20 visits or something similar.

Everything! Mr Pickles comes home so happy and exhausted from his day care days so that’s all I want to see :). Love you all!

Very professional atmosphere and everyone try to meet the needs of the customer

Easy drop off and pick-up. Dogs are cared for. Dogs get to play and socialize. Can see dogs on video most of the time.

We love that all of the employees work to get to know each of the dogs. We always feel welcome and feel safe leaving our dog. We can feel confident that she is loving her time at Dogtopia.

Great and convenient place to bring my dog for daycare, especially when I have a busy day ahead of me. My dog loves it too!! As soon as we drive up, she can’t wait to go in. Staff is welcoming and very friendly. It is obvious that they enjoy working/playing with dogs! They know me by name too and that adds to their level of friendliness. Always a positive experience for both me and my dog. Thank you all!

Offer rollover days if clients aren’t able to use their day(s). Sometimes unexpected things happen in life and we’ve already paid for a service. It costs you nothing extra to offer something we’ve already paid for.

Variety of services offered

Everyone is very kind and openly adores Pigpen. Pigpen is always so very excited to go see his friends when it’s doggy daycare day. He learned the route I drive quickly and starts whining the closer I get.
The facility is clean and when the dogs make a mess, they quickly clean it up.
The employees are very confident and are capable to handling so many larger breeds.
I’m happy I brought Pigpen here, he’s happy as a clam too. Thank you Dogtopia!!
