Sooo many reasons! Main one is Mr Pickles loves yall. The fact he pulls me in with his leash in his mouth on daycare days shows me this is best best place for him.

I love the friendly staff and the ability to add on the special treats, along with discounted spa services and certain days

I love that I can drop my dog off for daycare and he is greeted by name. I like the treats and events provided through the facility.my pup loves going and I have peace of mind taking him!

Only had one visit. So far, so good.

I always appreciate the staff’s excited reactions to the arrival of the pups. Knowing their names and their owners’ names is an added bonus as well.

Recommend a loyalty program of some sorts to get a free day of daycare for so many visits might be beneficial!

Lots of play time and socialization for my pup with breaks in between. He has a hard time with regulating himself, so having someone help him take breaks is helpful for him. We he is there for boarding, he is always fed his food and given his medications.

Love how safety for my dog is top priority at Dogtopia. I love how they separate the dogs by size so my pup is not overrun and does not have the chance to annoy other dogs. They love him and know him by name.

I am reaching out today to express my disappointment in the customer care and communication I received today.

Since November 2023, we have loved and appreciated the high level of care provided to our two dogs (Milo & Sparkle) in addition to the customer care of Dogtopia staff members.

Today I dropped the dogs off for daycare and to my surprise when I arrived to pick up the dogs, I was informed the fee would be $96.50, which included $6.00 for treats.

I asked why it was so much because it was usually $58.00 on Saturdays for both dogs.
The staff member, seem a little flustered and said she was speak with her manager.

When she returned, she informed that the fee policy had changed to $45.00 for each dog on Saturdays, unless you were on a package plan. A second staff member came to the front desk (which I’m guessing was the manager) she iinformed that the 10% military discount was no longer being offered unless I was on the membership plan.

I commented that I was unaware that the policy had changed and I wasn’t prepare to pay that amount. She commented the policy changed a month ago and it was a corporate decision
I asked, if a courtesy could be given to me and she responded that she would be written up if she made the adjustment.

I left Dogtopia feeling frustrated and unappreciated as a long-time customer. Given the recent implementation of this policy and February being my last visit, it would have appreciated to know of this increase at the time of drop off so I could then determine if I wanted to leave my dogs. I don’t recall seeing any visual announcement in the lobby of this fee increase, no mention on social media nor could I retried an email from Dogtopia letting me know if this fee increase.

My dogs have always enjoyed their Dogtopia visits and look forward to future visits.
I am hoping to a courtesy can be extended to us.

Great team! Love this place!

Friendly staff. My pup seems to be making “friends” with staff and other pups. I appreciate that I can drop Maggy in at any time without calling ahead, and it seems like the staff does everything possible to help her integrate.
