Fantastic place to take my dog, I’m in love with the services and staff. I’m not super satisfied with the billing though. Prepaid is nice, but it’s a pain to try and get refunds or adjust how many days I’m paying for after they’ve already passed. With the weather a few weeks ago and me also being sick, I ended up not taking my dog for a whole week even though I had already paid for it. It would be nice if we got billed based on how many weekdays we had used, rather than the plans. This is how it would breakdown purely based on your existing plans, depending on how many days used these prices would just compound.
1 day used: $40
2 days used: $23 + 40 = $63
3 days used: $25 + 23 + 40 = $88
4 days used: $32 + 25 + 23 + 40 = $120
5+ days used: free + 120 = $120
and pet parents could be billed at the end of the week. Or at the end of the day. Idk this is just an engineer drinking too much wine. But thank you for everything, I really do love the services y’all provide.
