Very friendly staff.

I think that dogtopia has a great business model and boarding model.

I do think that the messaging on your website needs to be made very clear that short notice boarding needs are not a guarantee due to the screening process. Otherwise people will get their hopes up that their dog will have a place to stay when they are in a bind.

Or…have some space and handling provisions to board a dog even if they don’t fully pass the meet and greet check.

Your staff shows a great love and care for my dog. Always friendly and smiling. The boarding of my dog was fast and painless. Thanks

Customer service us great. I’ve had to change Rocco’s usual day twice and it was done without a problem. Also, the employees seem to really care about the dogs that are in their care.

Monitoring of groups is actively covered by those with training in different behaviors. Dogs were allowed to be dogs and all got along well. My 2 dogs were bathed and had nails trimmed, and spent the day in daycare. Nice, clean facilities.

The people and the facilities as well as the service is great!
