Staff great

The staff are polite and very good with my dog. They offer a complete range of grooming for dogs. They always offer special treats, but ask before allowing them to have it.
My dog gets rid of so much energy that she literally passes out after dinner once she gets home.

Love everyone who works there and takes care of all the doggies. They know our puppies so well and our puppies love being there.

Harley is always so excited to go to Dogtopia. When he comes home he is always exhausted from playing with his friends. We love all the pictures that they take of him and all the artwork If considering any type of dog daycare Dogtopia is highly recommended.

The entire staff is incredibly supportive, friendly, & caring. I have never thought I would trust leaving my furr family with anyone. I had to and searched many places and felt comfortable choosing DT. Now I’m very at ease knowing she is safe when I leave her with them.

I can’t say enough great things about Dogtopia of San Antonio – Northwest. This place is truly like a second home for my dog—he gets SO excited every time we pull up, and that alone tells me everything I need to know.

What really sets them apart is their creativity and programming. They go way beyond basic daycare—there are themed days, seasonal photoshoots (the holiday pics are priceless), splash days, enrichment activities, and even fun little events that keep the dogs mentally and physically engaged. You can tell they genuinely care about giving each dog an experience, not just a place to stay. 

The staff is incredible—super attentive, loving, and they really get to know your dog’s personality. I always feel confident that my pup is safe, happy, and well cared for in their open-play environment. 

As a single dog owner who travels often, the membership/subscription option is a lifesaver. It makes everything seamless, and the savings on boarding add up quickly. Having a trusted, consistent place like this takes so much stress off my plate.

If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be loved, entertained, and treated like family—this is it. Highly recommend! 🐾

Very satisfied with the friendly and caring staff. My pup comes home tired, but happy, very happy at a day well spent romping and playing with his fur buddies.

The staff is absolutely outstanding!! Alexis and Lindsay are especially fantastic. I love the activities they plan and that they care about our family as well as our dog. Knowing my dog has a safe place to go that he loves makes leaving him easy. The facility is clean and welcoming. The prices are reasonable and billing is simple and straightforward.
