I would like to see my dog spend more time out of the crate and running around.
The service is excellent. Harley is always happy when we pick him up and loves going on his days. We have never been disappointed.
Bexar looks forward to going to NW Dogtopia. It’s become his home away from home. Alina is Bexar’s canine coach and we appreciate the love and care he receives from her.

Wrigley goes to “school” everyday, plays with friends, and all the staff which I’m sure he considers friends too. The staff treat our pup the way we do, like their own. We love the staff and all the creative activities they do with Wrigley each week. Spa services are great too, they get them done during school, definitely a one stop shop!
When we were looking for doggy daycares we considered other companies but when we chose Dogtopia we felt like we had made the right choice. After having Wrigley there for the last 6 months we know we made the Best Choice!
Always great customer service. The employees at the front desk are always nice and sweet. I drop off my pet knowing that he will be taken care of.

Great service! The staff & facility are wonderful!
It might not matter what I think because my dog LOVES it. He can’t wait to get out of the car when we get there in the morning and his tail is wagging his body at that point. He goes straight to the front door and then straight to the door to the back. The staff know him (and it seems like all the other dogs) by their names and seem to genuinely like them. My dog has dog friends and he loves the staff
I feel like my pups spent too much time in the crates.
I would like to see the WebCam improved so that it is available more often. And when I had them boarded for four nights, I brought wipes to clean their face and butts after each time, but Molly had a lot of feces around her rear end.
Other than that, I think everything is good
