It might not matter what I think because my dog LOVES it. He can’t wait to get out of the car when we get there in the morning and his tail is wagging his body at that point. He goes straight to the front door and then straight to the door to the back. The staff know him (and it seems like all the other dogs) by their names and seem to genuinely like them. My dog has dog friends and he loves the staff

I feel like my pups spent too much time in the crates.
I would like to see the WebCam improved so that it is available more often. And when I had them boarded for four nights, I brought wipes to clean their face and butts after each time, but Molly had a lot of feces around her rear end.
Other than that, I think everything is good

Great staff. Easy in and out. Small groups for dogs. Webcams.

My furry loves are treated like family. They know it’s time to go. I tell them let’s go play with your friends, and they’re at the door before I finish. It’s nice not to worry about them and know they’re being stimulated with games and attention while I’m at work.

Everything… the reception, the personalisation, the activities and the amenities that are high quality and allergy friendly!

Everyone is extremely kind and courteous. Oreo loves going to daycare!

We love the workers at Dogtopia! They always greet our pup with a smile in the mornings and take great care of her throughout the day. They have gone out of the way to accommodate us any chance they get. Jay is always super helpful too when we have any questions. We love love love the staff at Dogtopia and are super happy with their service and supervision of our dog!

I like the fact that Jay and staff care so well for Bayley, and are so flexible with days and overnights as needed while I’m moving and teaching hybrid courses Thursday nights.

Your personnel is the best, always friendly and very caring in the way they handle our dog. Karma looks forward to Dogtopia Day Care eagerly. In fact, he’s visibly subdued and disappointed on the days he doesn’t attend.

With the kind of people you have working there, we never worry about leaving our precious puppy in their care. We’re confident he will be well supervised.

We’re also appreciative of being able to split our two days weekly for his day care into four half days. He’s wiped out after a half day, so a full day would definitely be too much for our little guy. With four half days, he’s able to enjoy more time with his doggy friends spread across a week.

The service is just wonderful, from drop off to pick up.
