It doesn’t seem like all the dogs are rotated evenly in the kennels throughout the day
When creating a new contract – don’t throw it on the pet parent when they are picking up their pet to complete right then and there. If it is a legal document then we should have time to review it and then be able to get a copy of it once completed. Not providing a copy of the signed document is not an acceptable business practice.
Frequently I see the employee more focused on the tv than the animals. Once there were multiple dogs who went potty and it wasn’t noticed for over 40 minutes. Recently one of the newer employees was only putting down one bowl of water which could cause issues when multiple dogs are wanting it.
