Everything is at Dogtopia great. All the employees have all been very friendly and kind.
The only reason I did not go with a 9 is because my dog experienced a bite/injury while in daycare a couple of months ago and till this day, the spot is big and still visible. I understand accidents do happen, but naturally as a dog owner, I want to ensure my dog is being watched and cared for at all times — as much as the next dog.
Our needs for day care/ day camp are weekends. Your place is only for pick up and drop off on Sundays.
I like that everyone I’ve come in contact with is very pleasant, my dog (rufus) loves it there and is always pooped when he comes home! I also like that he’s indoors in air conditioning and the web cam is a plus!
The facility is nice, clean, and friendly employees. The services they offer and the hours are convenient.
I was very happy with them and look forward to having them care for my 4 legged

I love how welcoming everyone was when I first went there. They take good care of my dogs and I love the fact that they have a webcam so that I could check up on them while I’m at work. It’s a relief that I know they’re in good hands at Dogtopia instead of being lonely or cooped up at home.
I love that you make sure the dogs are grouped together based on personality. The staff is very friendly and acckomodating. When we needed to drop off early, you let us come right in.
The enthusiasum of the staff really impressed me. They seem to love what they are doing.
I have taken a total of (5) dogs at different times to this facility and they have always been very kind and treated the dogs well. The dogs have all come home very worn out like they had a fun filled day of playing!!
I like that you have daycare and spa all at one place. And that the dogs have places to roam and play. Everyone is so nice there!
There have been a couple of times when I look on the webcam and my dog is either laying alone or in a crate. I would like the interaction to be continuous if possible.
