Friendly, caring staff
Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy the side items; featured day of the week treats and photos. The only item that keeps me from giving a ten is there is no one overnight when it comes to boarding. Makes me a little nervous if anything ever happened.
More interesting play rooms for the dogs. They are pretty minimal in terms of interactive toys, furniture, etc.
I would’ve liked to have some pictures of my doggo from throughout his first day.
NO need for improvement

– Bigger space for the small dogs to play in (compared to Redmond)
– No pressure from staff to buy more and more and more, just happy to let me make my decisions as I need to.

The staff is amazing! They took great care of Sky. My fur baby loved going there! (And she’s pretty picky). I never worried about her when she was at daycare!
