How dog friendly you are. I know it’s weird to say but not all dog daycares understand dog behavior.

Clearer and more timely communication from leadership. The fact that we were given less then a month to get a vaccine for our dog was really stressful – especially given how understaffed most vets are at the moment.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! My dog, Barley, was nervous during his meet-and-greet, but they took it slow and he did so well despite it being his first time ever at a dog daycare. I was pleased with the facility and I look forward to putting him in daycare here regularly.

Locations

While I mostly use Dogtopia for day care, I would be more willing to use boarding services if someone was there overnight in case my dog needed something or had to go potty.

I think the best thing to say is my pup walks me to Dogtopia day and night, he is always greeted with a smile as are we.

I greatly appreciate the attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism. Knowing my dog is in great care, having fun, getting socialized, and giving me a couple of days off dog duty is really wonderful. They are creative as ever with events, and it’s nice to contribute when possible to the events that raise money for special circumstances to help other dogs, people, etc. I am really grateful for the hard work of all staff, and I know Olive is too!

My dog gets so excited every time we get close to Dogtopia at Harbor Steps! I love that the staff gets just as excited to see him. I appreciate the way the whole team gets to know each dog and shows attention to each one individually. The webcams are a huge bonus, just don’t tell my boss how much time I spend watching while I’m at work!
