My dog gets so excited every time we get close to Dogtopia at Harbor Steps! I love that the staff gets just as excited to see him. I appreciate the way the whole team gets to know each dog and shows attention to each one individually. The webcams are a huge bonus, just don’t tell my boss how much time I spend watching while I’m at work!

Dogtopia harbor steps is the best daycare/boarding experience! Our 1 year old cattle dog Timber DRAGS us to the door even when it’s after hours he loves it so much. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure our pup is looked after and I feel so much peace of mind leaving him for a few days when we’re out of town. I can see how much fun he’s having on the webcams and the harbor steps family treats him like their own. We love you guys!

Friendly staff, great location, convenient and flexible.. I like how the staff knows my dog and greets him by name. My dog gets excited to be there too! I also love getting pictures and watching the live video. Once I even got a little report card which was cute:)

I don’t like the new payment plans. I preferred the monthly package, it provided more flexibility if you are out of town.

Staff that seem very flexible and willing to help/accommodate us. The app is very user friendly and the dog cam is such a luxury!
