They are fantastic! Our dog loves going there! They offer so many special events for the dogs – its amazing! Great staff … it doesn’t get any better!

I love the people who work there! My dog also loves the people who work there! It is possible that he considers them his real family.
Also nice that you have some little things like coloring contests and you give out prizes for everyone who participates. Or donate a dollar and spin a wheel to win a free service activities.
The people are the best part. Everyone is very nice and seem to genuinely like the dogs etc. Luna is happy to go there 🙂

Convenience, accommodation
Fix the webcams please. They are out so frequently that sometimes I am surprised when they are working. Also concerned about staffing level right now, although I do think the staff are doing a really good job.
