They love Pets! My Annabelle and Grizzly, Yorkies, love them. I love the fact that they are so caring and have the best events for the dogs. All the digs appear very happy as do their parents. It’s my fur babies home away.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the dogs seem to have lots of fun and activity.
I also love the special treats for the dogs that are offered!
Our dog LOVES Dogtopia and we love how much the staff cares about him (and all the pups there). Zero concerns. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Try to keep 3 rooms open at all times. Our dog does better with fewer dogs in the room. Also, your drop off and pick up process could be improved. Sometimes I walk in and have to wait several minutes before someone comes to get or bring our dog to us.
That said, the staff is fantastic and you have a great team taking care of the puppers. That is the most important aspect of the care so kudos for your peeps.
I like how well you take care of my dog however I think if you had sibling discounts it’d be a lot better. I’m going to get a second dog and I don’t know if I’d be able to afford full priced daycare for both of them while I’m at work
I think the facilities and staff are wonderful. I also like the variety of activities offered as well as the grooming services and treats!

Keep the cameras on. My dog doesn’t like being crated and I’d like to see how he’s doing during nap time.

Jax is a very high energy dog. We have taken him to different daycares and they struggle a bit with him because of how energetic and big he is.
Dogtopia seems to be the only place that knows how to manage his size and energy level. They act excited to see him everyday that he is there. They treat him like he is their own dog. Jax is super sweet and has a wonderful temperament. Just a giant with no pause button.
