Friendly people.

Awesome staff. I like the activities they have to make my dog’s day care stay enjoyable.

My dog is very well socialized because of dogtopia – south ann arbor. He comes home super happy and tired out from all the playing with other dogs. His grooming sessions are amazing. He is a husky so he needs the extra care and it is done very well at dogtopia – south ann arbor! I am very pleased and Rami enjoys his stays especially when he boards!!!

I like the way Dogtopia cares for the dogs, knows each and every one of them, and has so many activities for them to do.

Convenience. Care. Cleanliness.
BUT: 1) Seems to be high staff turnover and no canine coach introductions/announcements. Could easily announce/communicate. I.e. on a chalkboard in the lobby, on website, newsletter, be creative of ways to communicate. This would help in comforting owners and provide reassurance their loved one is being cared for by the best.
2)Need larger room for roaming. My 37 lb. Doodle is in small room. He has long legs and body and no room to run or stretch it out. Is not encouraged to play and unable to exercise due to size of room and number of dogs.
3) Need boarding pick up hours on Sunday. Forced to board extra night due to no option for pick up time on Sundays.
4) need Improved camera technology. Often frozen. Limited room captured in view.

Friendly staff who seem to really love dogs and get to know them. Separation of dogs by size. Play time and rest time. The only thing I wish could be different is having a real outdoor space, a natural space with real grass and maybe even a tree or 2.

The people who work there are like Family. My dog loves them. I’m pretty fond of them too.

Staff clearly love dogs. They treat my dog and I with compassion. With their guidance, my dog has learned to be” a good boy” around other dogs.
