The only thing we do not like is the urine smell on our dog after a day of play. It used to be every time now it’s once in awhile so definitely an improvement

availability, the number one priority is caring for the pups

Our dog, Loki, loves to go to Dogtopia. He will bring me his leash off of the counter. If I don’t take him, he cries and howls. When he is there he plays and plays so that he is exhausted when he gets home at night. I love peaking in at him on the cameras to see him playing with his friends. Susan and her staff and wonderful and so friendly. Loki looks forward to seeing the staff every day.

Drop off and pickup needs improvement. It often takes 15-20 minutes to pickup. The app is used to give notice that we will be there in 15 minutes, I use the app to say arrived, but yet it still takes another 20 minutes. I understand that one dog at a time but maybe there needs to be kennels in the waiting area so multiple dogs can be dropped off and picked up at the same time without waiting while you can still do your checks. We love this daycare but the drop off and pickup needs to improve or we will have to find a new place.
