We were watching our dog on the live stream. The room was the most full we had seen and the dogs were pretty rowdy, so the attendants kept putting them in the kennels, up to almost 45 minutes. I understand they use the kennels to calm things down and separate them, along with getting them accustomed, but it just seemed like they should have split into another room. There were 3 attendants and we’ve brought our dog many times to see only 1 in the room. We just want our dog to go and have fun and play, so watching her be in a kennel for 45 minutes knowing they were going to be in there for 2 hrs over lunch didn’t make us happy.

Dogtopia Summerville is clean and the dogs are well cared for. Staff and the owners are friendly, and obviously want the dogs to be treated well. My dog was EXHAUSTED from playing for several days. We will definitely be back.

We have only utilized doggy daycare a few times but my dog looooves coming. She gets so excited when we pull in. The staffs always super friendly and helpful also.
The personnell at Dogtopia are professional and take of the pets. I love the camera access and the business hours.
