Front Desk Coordinator
The front desk position entails meeting and greeting customers and their active, playful dogs, answering telephone calls, responding to emails, making reservations, maintaining social media sites, retail sales, creating invoices and checking customers in/out, providing customer tours and maintaining client documentation.
This is a high energy, active position and you will get dirty, but it’s also very rewarding for those who LOVE working with dogs!
Qualified applicants will have the following minimum requirements:
- Super efficient with Microsoft Office software.
- Great, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner- especially with our software.
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude!
- Ability to work as part of a team and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability to work week days & weekends.
