Not a huge fan of the new pricing structure but my dog LOVES coming there and loves the staff, especially Meegan. The sessions packages work better for us. Also sometimes evening pick up is a little chaotic. It was less so when colleen was around.
Loved the care they took of my puppy. Very happy with the safety and the workers.

The staff is great and the care and responsiveness has all been perfect. I have some concerns about staff turnover and potential changes with the new management but will wait before making any assumptions.

Great hours, flexibility, convenience and sense of community. I love using the app to be able to easily request appointments and schedule services. Grooming onsite is a plus, too.
