The staff is friendly to us and genuinely love dogs!
I like that they are open later and seem to be more hands on and attentive. The only thing i would say improving is just there seems to be a disconnect with whoever i talked to from setting up the appt and the follow through after the meet and greet that didn’t get set up and needing additional day care days that were needed for boarding I also feel like there should be a little more options for the enrollment plan as I’m personally not one to sign up for plans or memberships that i cannot commit to, the prices are okay priced but seem like they want you to sign up to have the prices go down which i don’t love.
