I like that our dog is with other dogs, learning from and playing with them. I appreciate that there are always adults with the dogs, that the staff know my dog, and that they are placed in a play area with attention to size and activity.

The staff and managers seem to really care about me and my dogs!

Everyone is very helpful and there is a ‘happy vibe’ about the place when I drop off or pick up my dog! I know he loves his time there and it gives me a piece of mind to know he is in good hands.

Nothing to improve just have already referred a couple friends to Dogtopia and it did not work for either of them.

I appreciate the flexibility of hours for drop off and pick up. Staff is always friendly.

I do have one concern. Since my dog has been attending weekends, she has picked up a habit of nipping. I will work with her and have the promise of the staff that they will too. But if it gets worse, I may have to consider discontinuing her visits.
