Hi! I have been away from Dogtopia for awhile and I really like the new staff. The manager actually came out and talked to me when I was waiting for my pup at the meet and greet and told me about the entire process. No one had ever told me everything that they do in the meet and greet. This morning when I arrived with my pup the person that came out was super friendly and told my pup how glad they were she was there. Wow! Im impressed!

Excellent coaches who truly enjoy interacting with the dogs. I have to drag my little frenchie out when I pick her up. She loves going.

I work a long days, and my dog is still in his puppyhood at two years old kid anxious at home alone. Do I not have to be worried about him and can see him on the cameras having a great time!

Always feel comfortable dropping off our fur baby with all of you. You are very attentive and appreciate the unexpected add on day and you accommodated. He is always so excited when he gets there. Evaluate cleaning protocols, I’ve noticed recently in photos that the crates appear rusty which causes concerns for the safety of the dogs and the conditions they are in, as well as the possible caustic nature of what you clean with.
