Friendly staff and convenient hours of operation.
The people. Your staff is warm, welcoming and friendly and Missy, who can be very shy and skittish, loves it there!
I love Alexandria and Alexis! They are super nice and actually everyone there! There is this other girl at front desk with dark long hair that’s super helpful. I go to the Plano location. I like the vetting process. It doesn’t take long and it looks like they do a good job with putting my pup with other calmer dogs he can play with. My only issue which is why I rated it a 9 and not a 10 is that the manager isn’t too friendly. Twice that I’ve seen her she seemed rude and rushed me off as if she didn’t care if I came there or not. She could just be having bad days but I just didn’t like it. I wanted to feel welcome each time like the other front desk ladies have. I brought concerns and questions to her and she acted like she didn’t care. Like I’m not making a big deal and I’m not suing anyone lol I just want to make sure my pup is taken care of. Another small problem is the lack of activities. This place charges about $8-$10 more than other places and dogs are just laying down. The workers aren’t doing activities with them and there are no slides and things for them to jump on. I choose this place because it’s close to my job and they had more availability. Anyone I would recommend it because my mom seems safe here and he loves it!
Always great staff. I drive from Dallas near White Rock Lake to Plano location as my dog Henry loves the staff. We have tried other Dogtopia’s near us, but Henry is not loved as much as he is here. He doesn’t get excited to arrive at other locations like Plano. Therefore, I make the drive. Staff is always warm and welcoming not just to me, but most importantly, Henry.

Gidget goes in happily there. They take good care of her. They actually seem to love dogs, it’s not just a job.
Everyone is so friendly and our pup has a great time! She comes home super sleepy 🙂 So glad to let our dog socialize and have fun since she’s the only dog at home.
The staff seem kind and the facility has video cameras so you can observe how it’s going for your dog.
