As requested by many of our members, we will be offering curbside drop off weekdays from 6:30am to 8am – please reserve daycare, boarding or spa service in the app, and prior to arriving, simply touch the paw button in the app (bottom right corner) to let us know when you will be arriving. One of our employees will be outside to take your pup – for your pup’s safety, please have your pup on leash in the passenger front or rear seat and, if applicable, have their lunch ready to hand to us. If your vehicle windows are tinted, slightly roll down the window so we know where your pup is located. As we take your pup from the vehicle, please remind us of your pup’s name, the time you will be picking up and any additional services you need (bath, nails, KONG, etc…). To help with traffic flow, please drive down to Kat Daddy’s, past Triangle Animal Clinic and to the VIP drop off podium. Last, please provide feedback about this service to let us know how we can improve.
