Friendly staff.
Lots of fun extras for the dogs.
My dog enjoys the visits.
I brought my dog Claire that has anxiety with new people and places in for a solo day care session last Sunday (she normally comes in with my other dog, who is Claire’s “security blanket”). The staff immediately went to work to allow Claire the time to approach them, and to get comfortable with the Lobby area. We then shifted to the stairwell, where the staff member slowly got Claire to climb the stairs (using treats as incentive) to get Claire to the transition room. This is exactly the experience this dog needs to feel good about new environments! Thank you!
Great staff, easy drop off and pick up, easy to use app and great extra spa services.
Staff is always extremely friendly and always remembers our dogs, even though we only bring them every couple of months. The prices are competitive to other places.

I enjoy that I can bring my dog before work and pick up after work. Both my dogs have always gone in without issue and seem to enjoy going. I’ve had experiences at other providers and my dogs seem to have anxiety in those other places. Dogtopia was the first that they seemed happy to follow the staff and spend the day.
The video cameras are a nice feature although I wish some rooms had a few more because of the size and distance of the camera.
Exceptional experience at Dogtopia! The customer service is outstanding, and scheduling is a breeze. The live webcams provide peace of mind, allowing me to check on my pup throughout the day.
