The South Bay staff are so friendly and organized! Such a fun and safe place for me to take my dog. They answered all my questions regarding admin, emergency procedures and play!

I would like to see more interactions for Daisy and willing to pay extra to ensure that she has attention while she is at daycare.
Friendly staff. Things that could be improved are new cameras in the play areas. The existing ones don’t work half the time. It would also be nice to not have the dogs in crates for 2 hours on the weekend when the hours are limited to start.
It’s great that you have a web cam but, it buffers to much, I get alot of still pictures.
The staff is very helpful. The facility is very clean. I am very impressed with the whole experience.
I thought it was a very clean site I like that u can watch ur pup while ur at work so theirs no worries. Staff was very friendly and helpful
The dogs are in groups according to size, age, energy level. My Golden was in with the high energy group, which suited him perfectly.
