We love that we have peace of mind when our dog is at daycare and being taken care of at Dogtopia. Everyone is very attentive and communicates well to us about him when he’s there. It makes us happy that he gets to interact with other dogs and people besides us and that his time there gives us a sense of security when he can’t be with us and that he’s getting socialization and exercise.
I love all of the special touches that are included like acknowledging birthdays, etc. It’s obvious the staff really cares about the experience for the pups. It doesn’t hurt that he comes home happy and exhausted.

I brought my dog Claire that has anxiety with new people and places in for a solo day care session last Sunday (she normally comes in with my other dog, who is Claire’s “security blanket”). The staff immediately went to work to allow Claire the time to approach them, and to get comfortable with the Lobby area. We then shifted to the stairwell, where the staff member slowly got Claire to climb the stairs (using treats as incentive) to get Claire to the transition room. This is exactly the experience this dog needs to feel good about new environments! Thank you!
