I really like that staff takes time to hear how Benny is doing that day and watches to see that he doesn’t get too overwhelmed by everything and if he is starting to look that way they give him the option (but never force him) to spend some time in a crate where he can just observe until he’s ready to come out.
I also like how every staff member is patient with all the dogs and their different personalities- so important because every dog (like people) has his/her quirks.
I’m a pretty over-protective dog parent but I know Benny is in good hands at Dogtopia.
Love the friendly service and the care provided
I love everything about Dogtopia. The staff is exceptional and they love all the dogs as if they were their own. They do fun and creative things with them. My dog loves when I tell her she’s going to school. She sits by the door and is ready to get in the car. I feel comfortable and at ease when I have to board her as well. I know she will be well taken care of. Plus they offer spa services and I can take care of it all in one place. I would 100% recommend Dogtopia!
Everyone is friendly, front desk and those who work with the dogs. I enjoy the Webcams. My dog is eager to zoom up the stairs to join the dogs already there. The noon downtime is a brilliant idea as the dogs need a chance to rest. (So do the employees!)
The staff are very accommodating and good with the dogs. The facilities are constantly maintained and very clean. We like the webcams too!
They have thorough requirements that protect our pets. The employees are all friendly and you can tell that they love dogs. They cover all services – daycare, boarding and grooming.
The dogs are well taken care of and loved by the staff. The arts and crafts for the pups on special occasions are awesome!
Friendly and professional
Complete & satisfactory… my dogs stinks soooo bad though after a session. I limit my sessions to twice a week because I have to spend money for a bath. How can this problem be resolved?
The hours of operations, the cameras, and most of all how they treat my animal.
