Town Center – Virginia Beach Reviews

From the very first contact I had with Dogtopia scheduling a meet and greet, I felt welcomed and like my dog would be well-cared for. We just moved to the area from New Orleans, where Bella went to and LOVED Dogtopia of New Orleans. I couldn’t imagine any other daycare would love her and care for her at the same level. I was wrong. The people at Dogtopia of Town Center went above and beyond for Bella everyday. They noticed small changes in her health and called me immediately. They took special care of her on days when her chronic illness was challenging her. She couldn’t run and play like the other dogs so they made sure she had a special bed to lie on to see all the action in the playroom. They rubbed her belly and gave her lots of hugs and love throughout the day. They gave her breaks when she wasn’t feeling great and loved her more than I could ever have hoped for. My goal for her short life was to make every day she had be happy and filled with love. I couldn’t have done that without the loving, caring staff at Dogtopia. I am forever grateful for them and all they did for my best friend.

Dogtopia at Town Center is the best by far. Great friendly staff. Very affordable pricing and plenty of extra daily activities. I would not take my baby anywhere else in Va Beach

Staff is always helpful and kind towards my dog. They go out of their way to meet the needs of my bichon. They have various activities for pets with cameras set for owners to view if desired.. Lots of activities, photo days and special treats. My dog loves going to Dogtopia and screams with excitement when entering the parking garage.

Everyone is so friendly, i feel like my baby is safe & I can tell she has so much fun when she’s there!

I love the quality of service they provide. My pup is very anxious and all the staff works with her on her terms and creates a special bond to help her be more open

Easy booking process & extremely friendly staff!

Nice accommodations, friendly staff and a ton of activities. My doodle can’t wait to get inside and play with all of her fur friends. Dogtopia has been consistent and reliable. We are very happy with them.

The people are very friendly and sweet and obviously love dogs! I’d love that you have cameras that are working most of the time so I can watch my my dog. I also like that your group them by size because I have a little 13 pounder and my KaciPooh gets so excited to get there, and is always tired and happy when i pick her up.
