Not have the doggies in cages right before it’s time to go home. The whole point of bringing them to daycare is so they don’t have to be locked up during the day.

It’s more about my dog and her personality than anything else. The morning drop-off staff was friendly and accommodating. Not so much on the afternoon pick up shift which had changed (end of day tired?). When I asked how she did since she is never boarded, neither had anything to say. I don’t think they really knew. They did show me her on the cameras with the social group.

My dog had fun time and sleeps for two days

As someone new to doggie daycare, I was incredibly nervous to bring my new puppy. The ladies at the front put me at ease, explained everything, talked me through the new puppy process. I felt very comfortable leaving my new puppy at Dogtopia. The webcams allowed me to check in on my girl as well. Daisy Mae had so much fun, she was exhausted when she came home, and slept very well. It was a great experience for us both.

Kumo loves coming to daycare and playing with his friends. I love when Kumo is not in the romper but in the gym with the guy staff. He has no issues with all the dogs and let them play, and put them in the cage a lot less.

But compared to other Dogtopia, a few staffs at this location always keep dogs in the cage all the time… I have commented on this issue a few times, although it has been improved, that few staff have not changed the way they treat all the dogs. If she likes all the dogs in the cage all the time, she might as well stay home. She puts the dog in the cell if they try to play, so does she want the dogs to be just standing there as she does? Every time she or they are there, no dogs can have fun. EVERY SINGLE TIME…

Staff are always very friendly and kind. My dogs Luna and cooper love it there and love the staff.

We really like Penny she is caring and good with Savannah. We like that Dogtopia will come get her from the car and bring her to car for pick up.
We like being able to watch on the cam to see how she is doing. All the employees seem to be friendly, kind and caring. Thank you all. Keep up the good work

We have been using Dogtopia for years and have been most satisfied with the service. We can travel and relax knowing our puppy is in good and caring hands.
