Everyone I’ve met and talked to has been very friendly. My dog seemed to have had a blast in her first visit!!
I like the convenient location and the friendly staff. I like the safety protocols put in place for the pups. I DONT like that there has been alot of staff turnover at the Town Center- Virginia Beach location…why is that? With a “regular” staff I got to know the employees, and they got to know my dog. They looked out for her, knew her personality, and nurtured her. With new staff all the time, I think my pup is missing out.
