Actually, the staff is friendly and very interactive. The only drawback is the parking situation.
There is so much traffic coming and going and they do not pay attention to pedestrians and animals making their way to Dogtopia.

It may be better if there was some sort of walkway or avenue for dogs and people to walk through the parking garage.

My dog loves to go there. She gets to play with her friends and the staff pay special attention to each of the dogs.

I love how involved everyone is, I felt comfortable leaving my pup knowing he was in good hands. My ONLY grip was how strong it smelled like urine.

I like that I can view my fur baby on camera, and that their are small groups with good supervision.

We feel safe and secure when boarding our pup at Dogtopia. Friendly staff and good communication. Plus, she loves the interaction with others of her size.

Dogtopia is Dukes home away from home. He is always greeted with so much love . They always have the cutest and fun activities for the pups and celebrate the holidays with also . Watching your dog on the camera gives you such a peace of mind, i trust them very much and love that Duke has a safe and fun place to go .

Convenient location. Drop off & pick-up is super easy. The staff is friendly & are genuinely enthusiastic about my dog (and I assume the others). Lots of special activities for the dogs.
